Hi! I'm Katie Farragher, owner of KTFitness and Wellness Coaching.
I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry.
My mission is to help women feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies.

As a mom to two energetic toddlers and the wife of a military pilot, I understand the constant demands that make self-care feel impossible.
My own journey hasn’t been easy — severe preeclampsia during both pregnancies led to postpartum depression and anxiety, a 50-lb weight gain, and chronic pain and sicknesses that left me feeling defeated.
I no longer recognized myself,
and completely lost my identity as a fitness professional.
Through these struggles, I learned that true well-being goes beyond the scale and aesthetics.
I powered my way back to my best self,
and am now even more passionate about guiding women
to experience that same transformation.
